QILF is a private law firm and was established by Advocate Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al-Thani, formerly a judge at the Civil Justice Courts in Qatar.
Our office currently comprises eight legal advisers, having years of experience in Qatar and abroad. Much of our work focuses on representing clients before courts and administrative bodies, including the real estate registration office and the companies' administration, and executing foreign judgments and awards.
QILF advises its clients and represents them in Qatari courts concerning all aspects of their business, including, Banking, Company and partnerships, Commercial transactions, international trade contracts, Commercial Agencies, Real property and construction, Intellectual Property, Insurance, Maritime, Aviation, Labor Law
We provide legal advice, draft contracts, establish companies and appear before the commercial, civil and criminal and courts in Qatar.

To render services of the highest quality to our clients anywhere in the world QIFL has concluded a number of cooperation agreements with prominent law firms in other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.
